WEAR PRODUCTS

We are committed to sustainability. We use cardboard and paper packaging that is fully recycled and recyclable and ship worldwide with an eco-responsible, 100% carbon-neutral carrier.

Regardless of the destination, our carrier partners with local postal operators to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Our shipping partner has achieved a 20% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions, positioning them among the world’s most environmentally conscious postal operators. This partnership aligns perfectly with our ecological goals.

We are proud today of this partnership, which perfectly complements our ecological objective.

Shipping times:

  • For France, shipping is 2-3 working days
  • In the European Union the announced delay is 3 to 10 working days
  • In the Rest of the world, the delay is 5 to 12 working days

Shipping costs:

  • Flat shipping rate shipping cost of USD 9.90 for orders up to USD 99
  • Free shipping on orders over USD 100 before tax and after promotions.
  • Shipping will be automatically calculated at checkout.

 

APPLY PRODUCTS

All of our shipping costs for Beauty and Bath products are a flat rate.

It doesn't matter if you purchase (1) lipstick or (20) lipsticks the same shipping cost will be applied. Note that shipping cost for Beauty and Bath products is separate to Apparels, and in some cases, orders for Beauty and Bath products may be shipped separately to Apparels. 

Shipping costs:

  • Shipping for customers in the US is a flat rate of USD 4.99. 
  • Shipping across Canada is USD 6.99.
  • Shipping outside of the United States is a USD 9.99 but may increase if our carrier applies a surcharge on heavy parcels. The vast majority of your customers will fall into the standard $9.99 rate

Shipping times:

  • United States***: A majority of orders shipped to the United States will be handled via USPS First Class Mail which average a 5-business day delivery. Orders with a large quantity of products may be processed with UPS which average a 10-business day delivery. Larger orders will required a signature confirmation.
  • Canada: Shipping across Canada will be via Canada Post. The delivery timeline depends on the customer's distance from Toronto, Canada. Local deliveries within Toronto could take 2 days, while deliveries to Canada's West Coast could take up to 10 business days.
  • Australia, UK**: Approx. 1 week
  • Brazil and Mexico: Approx. 2 weeks
  • Timeframes for most other countries range between 2-3 weeks, with majority of deliveries completed in 2nd week.
  • We are currently shipping to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France*, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Indonesia (currently in a trial run), Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan (currently in a trial run), Korea, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine, Vietnam (currently in a trial run). Note some regional exceptions may apply.

* France: Packages can be shipped to mainland France with zip codes that start with 01 to 95. The packages cannot currently be shipped to overseas territories, including Corsica, Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Reunion, St. Pierre and Miquelon and Mayotte.

** United Kingdom: Packages can be shipped to mainland UK as well as the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.

*** United States: Packages can be shipped to all states, territories and military addresses within the United States.

 

Additional Information: You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and remote areas up north in Canada.

Frequently purchased items usually ship within 48 hours of ordering, though it can sometimes take up to 1-2 weeks to ship some orders as production can be delayed by missing inventory. If your order is going to be late for any reason, we'll do our best to let you know. If you order multiple Beauty and Bath items, we'll ship them when all the items are ready. 

All orders will be shipped from our warehouse in the U.S., U.K., Hong Kong or Australia depending upon your location and stock availability. Upon receiving your shipping confirmation, please allow up to 48-72 hours to receive your tracking information (this only applies to ready-stock orders). You may track your item by clicking the tracking number provided in the email. Please note that there will be no updates if your parcel is in transit.
